THE BEST VEGAN KALE PESTO
Easy vegan pesto with tons of fresh herbs, nutrient packed kale, seeds and nutritional yeast!
- 1/4 Cup Pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds)
- 1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Red Pepper Flakes to taste
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
- Black Pepper to taste
- 3 Cups Kale packed
- 2 Tsp Dried Basil
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2-3 Tbs Water
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- In a food processor, add all ingredients. Process on high until the pesto reaches the desired consistency .
- Serve with pasta, on top of pizza, or with mashed avocado for a delicious avocado toast! Enjoy your healthy food!
