 KETO CHEESE PUFFS





These gluten-free, keto-free cheese puffs are pure cheese bites from heaven. Delicious, but simple!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Almond Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • ¼ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Stir together all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out into balls.
  4. Arrange the balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy your snack!
