Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Oven-roasted Brussels sprouts have a perfectly crispy exterior and a melting center in the mouth. With only 5 minutes of preparation, you will want to prepare this delicious healthy side dish every night!
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound Brussel sprouts
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Slice Brussel sprouts in half and place them in a mixing bowl. Toss to coat in oil then season and toss to coat again.
- Place Brussel sprouts on your prepared baking sheet face down and bake for 25-30 minutes or until Brussel sprouts are tender. Enjoy your cooking!
