Cuban Marinated Grilled Salmon Recipe






This Cuban-style marinated grilled salmon is gluten-free, keto and paleo friendly, and delicious. Best of all, it is easy and quick to make. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 pound salmon fillet skin removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 shallots minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • Vegetable oil for brushing
