You’ll love my Tuna & White Bean Salad with Red Wine vinegar dressing! It’s packed full of protein and contains tuna, white beans and fresh parsley. It’s A really healthy, low calorie lunch or dinner option, this salad is ready to eat in less than 5 Minutes!

Ingredients

  • 14 oz tuna, canned in oil
  • 30 oz cans cannelini white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped , you can also use Basil, Oregano or other fresh herbs.
